Temporary Wendella Policies

The safety, health and well-being of our guests and employees remains our top priority. We have spent countless hours over the past several weeks implementing operational procedures and making physical changes to our vessels and facilities to keep you and our employees protected and safe from COVID-19.

We will of course abide by applicable CDC recommendations and applicable reopening guidelines provided by the City and State. We are a Phase 3 Self-Certified Business under the City of Chicago’s self-certification standards of the Be Safe Chicago program. We are also using PVA Reopening Guidelines: Getting the Domestic Passenger Vessel Industry Back Underway, the industry standard throughout the U.S.
